“Fabulous cottage with the exception of the showering / bathing facilities.”

Electric shower was very poor, hardly any pressure. Rust was also coming out of the bath taps and the water had a metallic aroma. However, as a whole this would not deter us from returning. The cottage is ideally placed for visiting lots of places, transport is required. But it’s also cosy enough to spend time there if you want a quiet day at home. We tried the heater in the summerhouse but couldn’t get it working.
