Building work has been taking place opposite Schooner Court 1 and 2.
This is nearing completion (four out of seven units are fully finished) but as of October 2024 work has temporarily ceased.
We do not know when it will resume but when it does, there will be some activity on the remaining three properties (external paving to be laid plus internal fitting out to be done).
When the work is completed, the road will be resurfaced.
Neither the owners of Schooner Court 1 and 2 or Northumbria Coast & Country Cottages have any control over the neighbouring works, but at some time during the midweek (work is not permitted at the weekend) there may be some activity.
