Two enchanting properties at 4 The Villas situated on the edge of the beautiful coastal village of Embleton offers a group of twelve a luxurious holiday base from which to explore both the beautiful coast and countryside of Northumberland. While adjoining Emblestones offers the ultimate escape for two, with its beautiful balcony with panoramic views, eclectic interior and stylish sleeping spot making a wonderful romantic retreat, Whinstones is the perfect place to gather as a group, boasting multiple social spots including a spacious kitchen/diner, a sitting area, a snug and a large family suite which incorporates a separate but adjoining room for little ones to sleep and play (* can have up to two extra little ones on foam z beds but must bring own bedding – sleeping bags ideal). These two properties can come together to offer you and your loved ones a truly memorable holiday base. Spend time in the impressive garden, the table tennis providing hours of entertainment when you're not basking beneath the sun with a refreshing beverage in hand, or prepare picnics in the amply equipped kitchen before taking a short wander down to the village's beautiful bay, where you can relax on the beach's golden sands with the ruins of Dunstanburgh Castle making a beautiful backdrop. The village of Embleton also boasts a wonderful selection of amenities for your self-catered stay, including two welcoming pubs and hotel where you can enjoy a celebratory dining experience, as well as a local shop and garage to pick up and last-minute ingredients for that all-important beach picnic! The children will delight at the fantastic playground in the village, while further afield the quaint fishing village of Craster offers a wonderful day out for all with its extraordinary harbour, smokehouse and charming atmosphere. Be sure to visit the enchanting market town of Alnwick with its idyllic castle, a must-see while in the area, while the whole of the Northumberland Coast AONB is easy to explore from here, offering a wealth of memorable spots to visit in the form of spectacular walking routes, cycling tracks and the wonders of scenic splendours. About the location

EMBLETON

Craster 3 miles; Beadnell 4 miles; Alnwick 7 miles.

The pretty village of Embleton is ideally placed for exploring one of the most attractive stretches of Northumberland's Heritage Coastline. A beautiful grassy path runs from the village to neighbouring Craster, alongside the sea and past Dunstanburgh Castle - the largest ruined castle in Northumberland. Embleton itself has a village pub and a local hotel, and there is an excellent range of amenities in nearby Alnwick. The gardens at nearby Howick Hall are open during the summer and are noted for their beauty, whilst Alnwick Castle and Garden are a 'must-see' when visiting the area. For the keen golfer, Dunstanburgh Links Course is about 1 mile away - just one of several excellent courses in the vicinity.

Please Note: Electric car charging is not allowed at this property, there are now 2 charging points at the top of the road in the village.
