Southfield Lodge is a well-presented bungalow located on the popular Southfield Avenue.

The property has been finished to a high standard and has a coastal yet contemporary feel.

Within a few minutes walk you will reach the village centre, the harbour and the unspoilt, stunning beach where you can walk along to both Beadnell and Bamburgh.

Seahouses itself has some brilliant eateries and some very good pubs.

The Ship Inn is a must visit.

Southfield is the perfect base for exploring everything Northumberland has to offer. ACCOMMODATION (ONE LEVEL) GROUND FLOOR Kitchen/dining room with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, TV, dining table with seating for 6 people. Living room with comfortable seating, electric wood effect fire and Smart TV. Bedroom 1 with king-size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed and en suite shower room with WC, heated towel rail and basin. Bedroom 3 with two single beds. Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, heated towel rail and basin. OTHER FACILITIES Externally to the front there is private parking for 2 cars and to the rear there is an enclosed garden with a lawned area and patio area.

A bustling, pretty fishing village with an attractive harbour, situated on the beautiful Northumbrian coast in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Seahouses offers a variety of shops and a good selection of inns, pubs and eating places. Nearby are miles and miles of splendid sandy beaches and the opportunity to visit the bird sanctuary or seal colony on the famous Farne Islands with boat trips running daily from Seahouses, is not to be missed. There are numerous castles and great houses to explore, such as the magnificent castles at Bamburgh, Cragside, and Alnwick (home of the Duke of Northumberland), to mention just a few. Golf, fishing and riding are also available locally.
