Three large bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. Very comfy lounges ( we only used one , with the fire in it), but lots of comfy seating.
Kitchen equipped with all manner of implements and quality plates, glasses etc.

The only comments I would make is that there is no downstairs loo , so if you have elderly or infirm relatives its should be mentioned in the blurb. Two fairly steep staircases to access the bedrooms but with sturdy handrails.
