“The cottage itself was great- lovely setting.”

Warm and comfortable. The kitchen let you down. It was dirty in places. I have left a note about lack of cleanliness and lack of good equipment. Mostly probably only noticeable with use.

Thank you for your feedback, we agree it's a lovely setting. We did find the watermarks on the cuttley you are referring to as dirty. Whilst we do not agree that watermarks are dirt we would have liked the opportunity to rectify this during your stay. We leave our contact details on the notice board and in the welcome pack as well as sending a message during your stay to check everything is ok. The equipment has been double checked since your checkout and any we have replaced a couple of items . Again perceived missing equipment from the kitchen could have been rectified during your stay.
